I finally broke down and watched "Kitchen Nightmares" on FOX and saw under all the yelling and fighting, Ramsay really cared about the restaurants and the staff he would work with each week.

I started taping the originals on BBC America and it is a totally different show. Ramsay is a very cool guy and works very hard to help people succeed.


It is really unfortunate FOX has turned this guy into a cartoon character, cause he is a great cook and teacher. Really fun to watch.

Anyone else watch him? Which version?

I like Kitchen Nightmares.
Unfortunely for some of the restuarants the best solution is to get rid of the owner.

He is just so much calmer on the BBC version, even with all the cursing, he doesn't really seem mean like in the US version.

I got a big head the other night cause he challenged a Michellin rated chef to make a menu with 4 things. The chef made some crap, but my menu was exactly what Ramsay came up with too.
