Im not scared of needles at all. For my travels I had injections for Hepatitis A, B and C, Dyptheria, Typhoid, 3 x Rabies, 3 x Japanese encephalitis and Yellow fever. I've also had a flu injection at university so overall you could say I'm quite used to them!

I don't know how one flirts with a tattoo. Treat it like a lady I assume.
