I personally think the snipers were too smart to be these two--a 17 yr old kid and his stepdad?? Granted, the stepdad is a Gulf War veteran, but how they eluded police is a mystery to me.
But i did hear numerous reports about how FBI agents repeatedly hung up on the snipers when they tried to call in to their offices, so who knows.

That's extremely perceptive of you.

So no doubt you will already have contacted the authorities to advise them of your evidence, and be speaking direct with the attorney for the two guys to ensure their innocence is maintained and they are released forthwith?

Or are you just keeping it to yourself / spouting HRHSmellofBullshit on prince.org instead?

in this great country of "ours"

we are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

but the fact that the "media" as already claim the snipers have been arrested.. makes it easier for us to go back to our daily rituals..

and making these two gentlemen tried and convicted in minds eye before the whole nation and the world.

but anything for ratings right.

our nations capital 4 the past 3 weeks has been under "terrorism" and "our" people have been afraid. ? 4 U how can we go to war we are afraid. it weakens our faith in our law enforcement and our ability to catch "real" terriost in our own back yard. if we can't do it here what makes us think we can go across the world and catch them in someone else's yard. mind you bin laden the one they accuse as responsible for the "trade center events" is still roaming free... as far as we know.

these guys who are innocent until proven guilty have been captured to add ease to our concious.

the sad truth is... ONE SHOT to the head... will again show
we "this nation" is not as "almighty" as we claim to be.

Unless YOU are the sniper, you cannot say that the "suspects" are not responsible for the killings.

Is there something that you would like to tell us?

i admit papercrayons u may have some validity, not based on their photo of course but the fact that the bimbos fell asleep in Fredneck county (after delivering a note to Charles Town, WV) honey we let a lot of things slide up in these hills, but two dudes sleeping at the McDonalds, no clubs open, jersey plates and the fact and APB was dropped at midnight... What???

they are perhaps decoys... and this plot will thicken..

explore the truth...

not second hand information.

as for the photo... all u see is 2 human beings...

much like yourself and I.
and as for the rifle... it was reported a "similar" one was found with the "suspects"

question 4 u ... how many people are in jail falsely...

another question 4 u... how many people are exicuted falsely?

explore the truth.

there is no need for the authorities to speak with me... nor the attorney for the "suspects". they have enuff on there plates to deal with.

as for the bullshit no im not keeping it to myself thats what this general discussion forum was created 4... and all of our "shit" stinks no matter how sweet the honey drips from our minds. but thank you for your reply.

nor can u say they are responsible 4 the killings.

we have a judicial system in this country. unless u have all of the facts presented b4 you and U are on a jury it is not your RESPONSIBILITY to determine there "guilt".

BETTER YET UNLESS U ARE GOD... IT IS NOT YOUR RIGHT TO CAST JUDGEMENT.

Is there something that you would like to tell us?

Why not wait for the trial to better decide guilt or innocence.

After all, it may actually be the same stealthy killer who remains at large in the Nicole Simpson murder case.lol

Right now, the available or released evidence STRONGLY favors their guilt. It's a cause for great relief for people in the DC area.

I have to agree, I found it very strange when I heard the news. so far the sniper(s) has been very careful, and then he falls asleep in his car with his gun in the trunk? that doesnt sound like the man who has professionally assassinated 10 people in the past two weeks...
However, I am not saying that the suspects are not the snipers, it sure is possible. but it is extremely irresponsible of the media to show the pictures of the suspects.
I work for a newspaper which sure is considered to be pretty hardcore on those issues, but the number one rule of every journalist is: dont show the pic, dont write the full name until the subject has been proven guilty by court.
if the two guys are indeed innocent, they are brandmarked for life. they could sue the media bigtime...

Why would the police/FBI etc, release information that 6 of the bullets fired by the Sniper were tested and matched the firearm found with the 2 suspects? Wouldn't the police look VERY foolish if the kilings continued to just try to pin this on two innocent people(scrapgoats).

Did the police also drill a hole in the trunk of the car? Come on! This case was solved because of a telephone tip which led the investigators to research this guy and his former residence etc.

So the police are just going to waste their time cutting down tree trunks, using metal detectors on the entire property, analyzing bullets/fragments; I highly doubt that.

Let's just hope and pray that this is the end to this truly horrific and sick killing spree. I beleive it is the end to this.

This world is truly full of twisted people with hate in their heart. I hope the 600 people being held by terrorists will be settled peacefully very soon. Already one person was executed.

Makes sense to me. I assume they had to keep moving around not to be caught, so where else would they have kept the gun? shrug

Especially a MINOR...they are not supposed to even publish his NAME.

I work for a newspaper which sure is considered to be pretty hardcore on those issues, but the number one rule of every journalist is: dont show the pic, dont write the full name until the subject has been proven guilty by court.

Those rules don't apply here in the US, Soul. As long as a person has been arrested/formally charged with a crime, it's open season as far as publishing names and photos. I'm sure German law is different on that subject.
I've assigned photogs all the time to arraignments and that is the earliest stage in the court proceedings. The verdict is the last stage. I've also published names of those being arraigned.
