do u think the sniper is a terroist of bin ladens at first i didnt believe this now im starting 2 because it appears there are 2 of them a driver and shooter. maybe this guy is in nearby hotels and thats why they cant catch him in the road blocks, he appears 2 b 2 elusive.my god what kind of brain works this way, 2 harm those u dont know, i just refuse 2 believe this is an american causing so much harm 2 people. after all he is terroizing d.c. is it 4 the incomplete job the plane did not finish. i dont know but we sure need 2 get him or them. im hoping god will come 2 the rescue, but he gave us freedom 2 solve our own problems if he stepped in 2 much we would b like puppies on a string and i guess it would b like a dictatorship then. but he helps those who help themselves so we have 2 buckle down and b more aggresive D.C. maybe not at the same time this round. bin laden follows no rules and this would throw the goverment off with this one by one killing. they did say they would hit us again but not how. they do train an awful lot of snipers over there with the same type weapons carrie.and if they train snipers what are they training them 2 do, shoot more than one person at a time? thats not possible, snipers do just what this fool is doing. stickman | |

COPS. from what I heard there has been some video footage of the guy, and he has been regognized by french soldiers as a deserted french military man (so afterall, you might be right, no american would be capable of doing something like that ). This was the news from last sunday, I dont know if they are still valid or not... I havent followed the case since then.
however, its pretty messed up that the Bush propaganda of the "war on terror" went far enough for people to consider a sniper a terrorist. if he truly is french that would give Bush the right to drop bombs on Paris now, right? "Peace and Benz -- The future, made in Germany"  | |

There doesn't seem to be any evidence to suggest this so far. They show this daily on the news here in Europe. It's terrible to see these people, not being able to leave their houses for fear of being killed. Whoever he is, I hope they catch him soon. | |

ive always wondered if news like this crossed the atlantic...but, whats soo sad; if this didnt happen in our own grounds, something tells me we (americans) wouldnt be as interested... already, people in America seem to have forgotten about the terror attack on Bali.. damn, we are some self-centered mutha-foos...  | |

It does cross over Skleton. The news coverage here, (BBC) always presents international news, in the main bulletins. 911 is a case in point. As soon as the first plane hit, it was on our televisions, So I guess the whole world saw these terrible events unfold at the same time. Most people only found out about their loved ones in this way.
