It was boyfriend's birthday, so I made some banging ribs, slow cooked them from this morning with a rub on em. Got home, made a righteous sauce and made some banging garlic mashed potatoes. Then a strawberry cake.

So we save money, don't go out, but I made one HELL O A MEAL!

And he went to bed and here I am surfing, talking to y'all and doing homework! Woo Wee!!!!

You know what is really good from a rice cooker? I get some cous cous and cook it in the rice cooker with chicken broth, and pineapple juice and the pineapple (from a can). I also get a jar of mangos from the grocer and cut up the mangos and throw them in the rice cooker along with the juice from the mangos. Then I throw in cooked grilled chicken tenders cut up in with it all too. It is really good! Add a little seasoning, but the sweet and savory is so good! Try it!
