African Dance

biggrin Last night and the night before I spent 3.5 hrs each learning dancing jig

Any one else dancing jig ?

I haven't studied since I moved to Germany (flamenco is more the thing in my city, theres a studio on every corner) but I studied for a few years at home and it was GREAT nod

I used to take classes here & there when I was younger, thinking about taking it up again. There's a studio in walking distance of my place hmmm

nod they do make a difference ( wave pretend drummer here ) in the warmer months there is a large public drum circle and we rock the city square down lol

I'd imagine it really works your core. That seems way more fun than just the gym. I think I may have to find one. There are usually dance classes at any community center.

when i was much younger, it was FUN
but hamilton isn't really that multicultural, so i have yet to find another place to take it nod

so for now, it's belly dance thumbs up!
