Last night and the night before I spent 3.5 hrs each learning

I use to do African dance in elementary school. Its fun.
And a hell of a workout.

I haven't studied since I moved to Germany (flamenco is more the thing in my city, theres a studio on every corner) but I studied for a few years at home and it was GREAT

I only dance at home alone , but traditional African dance is beautiful. The required endurance alone is stunning.

I'd imagine it really works your core. That seems way more fun than just the gym. I think I may have to find one. There are usually dance classes at any community center.

i used to
when i was much younger, it was FUN
but hamilton isn't really that multicultural, so i have yet to find another place to take it

so for now, it's belly dance
