4. Jaws - who was goin to the beach after that?
5. Rosemary's Baby - that whole devil thing will ALWAYS freak me out

Jaws- just watched this tonight! It's probably had the most lasting impact on me of any scary movie.

Aliens- Vasquez rules!

The Blair Witch Project- had me looking over my shoulder for weeks

The Exorcist- just plain freaky!

Halloween (1 and 2 tied)- Jamie is great! These movies are classics. That hospital scene in the sequel is unreal!

Halloween - one of the only horror films that can always manage to scare me, no matter how many times I've seen it before.

Blair Witch - I spent most of my summers in the middle of the woods in Oregon. Really freaked me out, still does!

Exorcist - lordy. Linda Blair was so freaking good for being such a young girl.

Jaws - I'm afraid to swim in the ocean to this day.

Rosemary's Baby - talk about paranoia! eek
I mean, like, where is the sun?

Haystack

1. Ring (Japanese horror film - look out for the US remake coming soon. I'm not sure how it will compare to the original, but the last five minutes scare the shit out of you)
2. Texas Chain Saw Massacre (Something about it that makes you believe it all. Like watching a documentary)
3. Blair Witch Project (Proof that the imagination is more scary than any rubber monster)
4. Carnival Of Souls (Original early 60s version - totally creepy)
5. Cannibal Holocaust (Uncut version is truly horrible. Almost unbearable to watch, but something keeps you hooked...)

wellbeyond

"Alien"...(Tense from beginning to end)...

"Session 9"...(The building alone creeped me out...)

"Night Of The Living Dead"...(Tragic ending to the hero...)

"Blair Witch Project"...(the last 10 minutes inside the abandoned house pretty much make up for everything before it... :O)

"Texas Chainsaw Massacre"...(Seeing "Leatherface" swinging around that chainsaw in the middle of the highway at the very end is embedded in my mind for life...)

I agree with just about everyone's list. But I have to say, The Blair Witch flick didn't do a thing for me.

I like to cut a hole in the bottom of the popcorn bucket and slide my mans cock up into it so I can stroke it with my creamy, butter soaked hands. The only scary part is when the popcorn needs more "butter"! eek
