I agree that Petrus is one of the worlds finest wines but the dough youhave to pay (because the Japanese and Americans want to buy it) is a joke. It is such a low yield vineyard that the prices are artificial. The bottle i had was a £900.00 ($1800) bottle and yes...it was mind blowing, but not £800 MIND BLOWING YANNO? | |

only two wines I've rated but there we go I ain't no expert:-
1. Chateau Neuf du Pape - drank the lot and thought it wonderful 2. Vouvray by St James - nice little white wine there we go...now back to the Lambrusco (mdiver would be having a fit by now) "I may not agree with what you say but I'll fight for your right to say it"
