there's some clever people here ... maybe some can help me.

Last night I had a dream where I took public transport to a site across the river. Now my city does have a river and public transport goes there (subway), but the subway didn't look anything like our subway and the coaches were different to (so were the stations). I had to take two elevators up and when I came out, there was a building (not a stall or something) where 3 pretty black ladies sold shrimps. I bought 1 shrimp for 1 euro and they peeled it for me. The site was more like a container terminal and not a public place (like a street or a shopping center). I took the same elevators down and the last thing I remember is talking to my wife who said her father bought a full container of those shrimps, and an image of a bunch of people feasting on those shrimps....

Weird !

OK, I don't want to hijack this thread. So I will attempt to interpret the dream.

I had to take two elevators up...TWO elevators. One elevator represents foreplay, the other (which took you to your intended destination) represents orgams. Or not.

...and when I came out, there was a building (not a stall or something)...A building is an obvious phallic symbol. Or not.

...where 3 pretty black ladies sold shrimps. You appreciate beauty - as represented by the three women. They think you are under-endowed. What else could shrimp represent?

well, i guess the shrimp was the main theme of that dream. I'll see if I can find anything online about shrimp.

Just on some of the highlites this is what I found.

It's up for discussion, but I can find myself in that explanation of black people in my dream. For me they might represent being more in touch with my true self. I'm not black, so I don't have roots there, but they still represent being closer in touch with thruth and nature in general.

Usually dreams are just a representation of something u have been concerned about that is going on in your life
Dreams are a way of trying to sort through things.
For example, there was a woman who dreamt that her youngest son was murdered after he went away to college. She dreamt the police told her that he had been slowly tortured to death and she remembered all the wonderful traits about her son that had slowly died with him.
because of the dream she thought it was a premonition of things to come.....not true.
The reason she had this dream was because she had given up work as a CEO to raise her boys and now that the youngest had gone off to school, she was worried that she was no longer going to be useful.
The traits she had dreamt about slowly dying in her son were the traits she had let die in herself over the years, hence the slow torture.
So the dream was really about herself.
