I live in Lancashire near the moors and it rains here all the time. We get stir crazy if the sun comes out two days in a row....we kid ourselves that it is summer. Global warming is having an effect here though. It doesn't snow as bad as it used to. They used to be snowed in for about week but that hasn't happened for a while and the snow does not stay for long either.
People moan about the sun here more than the rain!!! Can't win eh? "I may not agree with what you say but I'll fight for your right to say it"
