On the other hand, maybe the time for the trip isn't the best for him, or work. I don't like it, if decisions affecting my life, are made without my input. If this is something you want to share with him, out of generosity, let him have input on where or when to go. If's he's still hesitant, plan to use your bonus without him. Maybe he's the frugal type, who thinks bonuses should be saved for future purchase of a house? Maybe he has a hard time relaxing? Ask him what he thinks... | |
