Not to single out McDonalds, but my husbands niece works there, and she won't eat there to save her life. She says food sometimes just sits around in the back without refridgeration. And of course the same person that takes your money, is the one scooping out your fries.

I worked at Macdonalds here in Aus last year and I can tell u that they keep the salads out in containers, and the cheese for the cheesburgers and they are NOT refridgerated while they sit there and wait to be put on ure burger or sandwich. Niether are the sauces such as mac or chicken burger sauce. And I will never forget when we ran out of shake mix and one of the girls had to go out the back with a bowl and a whisk and " Mix some up" I didnt work there long enough to find out what that meant
