I know shit about cooking but he sure cracks me up.....

I loved the part where he was cussing out some Cali-bimbo's at the restaurant who were complaining about their food not being ready: 'Go check back in at plastic-surgery!' lol

I think sometimes he can be a little overbearing but he's right almost all of the time on the things he says and does. It gets me when people's resteraunts who are 'in the shit' as he may well put it have a go at him for trying to change their resteraunts for the better. I like Gordon Ramsey immensley and have a lot of respect for him.

co-sign.

What he does is merely psychological and it happens to be what people like to watch at. I feel he knows what he's talking about both on the cooking front
and on the business front. Yeah, he tends to break ya down, but only to show
you what the essence is and helps you building from there ...

Lots of respect for him.

Some people love him (yes u Jami giggle) SOme people hate him. He has a foul mouth and an even worse temper rolleyes
I have worked in Hospitality for over 11 years, and personally if he was my Boss I would have beaten his ass by now (or at least given him a frypan to the head)nod and I have worked with some grumpy ass Chefs.
Yet in some instances he's actually kinda likeable shrug
So, what do u think? Or do u really just not care lol

I get BBC thru DirecTV, so I get to see him in "Kitchen Nightmares"....I love watching the show, but there are times when if it was me he's lighting into like that, I'd find a cleaver and cut his ass into beef stew....

...and Hell's Kitchen elicits the same kind of response....great show, but if it was me, they'd never find his body.....
He was like a cock who thought the sun had risen to hear him crow.

He's actually a "hero" of mine. I relate to his passion and intensity. He's got a lot of heart. He just has no tolerance for stupidity or foolishness.. which I also relate to. Failure is not an option in his world and that makes me respect the hell out of him.

I believe in treating people like you want to be treated. Every now and then, someone deserves to have their ass handed to them on a beautiful plate with a nice garnish. biggrin I love him.

i think deep down he is a softie mushy

he's just passionate about food/ and what he does

and sometimes that comes across as arrogance.

I used to like him more, but I think he's become a bit of a caricature of himself...being an ass for the sake of it rather than because he is genuinely frustrated at the crap cooking he encounters.
