why cant things just work

just taken my set top box- dvd recorder in 4 repair

for the 3rd time pissed

and its only 6 mths old disbelief
(this is the second recorder we have had- the 1st one didnt work from the get go mad exchanged after one day)

i rang the store b4 we took it back- its the manufacturers policy to have it repaired- fair enough- but 3 times disbelief

and dont get me started on my puter that "died" 2 weeks out of warranty- after being repaired twice pissed

these arent cheap items that come from a discount store, i work hard to save to buy these items
is it too much to ask that they last longer than the warranty period

now 4 service providers mad

i rang my superannuation company, their systems are down- i need to ring back mad this happens on a regular basis rolleyes
this is to give them information that ive already supplied- twice mad

now my mobile ph carrier has me on a "call-back"

i know in the scheme of things- the above is trvial, but i just needed to vent- b4 i blow a fuse bomb
maybe i just need to start the day over shrug
seems that i was busy doing something close to nothing, but different than the day before music beret

ZombieKitten

we had a digitec set top box we took back twice, the second time we demanded another brand as replacement.

I feel your pain. hug

This week the mic on my landline phone (with cord) that was supplied by optus when we connected with them, packed it in. I can hear people talking, but they can't hear me. So I took it to the optus shop, but they don't do landline phones any more. Didn't want to know me sad
