I have a neighbor that lets her Shar Pei come in my yard and shit. It sucks in the summer when I mow but I take a shovel and throw the shit back in her yard. I don't have dogs because I don't want to clean their shit up. If I did have a dog I would litter train it.

And if she continues to let it happen she's gonna get put on her front porch for her and her kid to step in.

That happened to my neighbor lady and her sons recently. It's been real cold here, and somebody let their dog out to do its business. They were too lazy to walk the dog in the snow, so they let it poop on right outside the back door. The neighbor lady and her sons wound up stepping in it. I think I know who did it, but unless the offending person is caught in the act of letting their dog do this, you can't really accuse them.

That's okay, no need to apologize. I would call the cops and report it, let them handle it. That's pretty lousy that she didn't even apologize to you when you saw you stuck in the car, scared to death. If you're not a dog person, and a dog charges at you like that, it's very scary.
