So it never rains in Southern California? BULL!...

well not down in my part of Cali  we did get some heavy pouring for a few minutes but that was it

Hey that's not rain! 
I remember getting caught in one of the terrible storms of 1992(?) where people were getting rescued from the roofs of their cars. I was on the freeway toward Burbank and there were puddles up to peoples' car doors. I had to pass through a big one and 4 cars got stuck in it while I approached! I snuck in behind behind a semi, who parted the water briefly, then it closed in behind me and I felt it push me across like I was surfing.  My Legacy

Whatever you've got to do, get it done before Saturday night because that's when what may be the biggest storm of the year is due to arrive.
