I've made dessert...

A Rice pudding concoction, it looks great but I burnt the pan to a crisp.
What have you made today?

I poured some berries into my cottage cheese this morning. (Lunch was pre-made.)

I think I'll have a grilled cheese and bacon sandwich for supper, though. And maybe some homemade hot chocolate later. cool

I was in the grocery store today and saw the prettiest food magazine cover with chicken legs on it lol. It grabbed my attention so much because they're not really big chicken leg eaters over here in Germany...it's almost as if the cover was attempting to expand their appeal and present them as the new "haute" food du jour! Anyhooo...tonight I did another Indian thingy, this time just a simple chicken curry with vegetable biryani cool

Tonight I defrosted a small pork tenderloin that I seasoned last week, and I'm about to sear it and roast in a minute. I'm going to serve it with some no frills sides like steamed broccoli and herbed quinoa... if I'm not too lazy I might make a quick sauce from fresh juice I bought, either a mango or citrus-y one...
