Today is my mom's birthday so i am making her her favorite shrimp salad!!! with garlic bread!!! and will spend most of the day with her

I'm making a breakfast burrito, either coffee or tea (I haven't decided yet) and watching some dvds. I'm doing laundry later. And cleaning a bit. And then reading one of two books I picked up last night.

I'm freezing in my apartment right now, so I'm about to go put more layers on.

I just made a pot of coffee in my new coffee maker so I'm going to attack that here in a minute. And I'm going to make a garden vegetable egg sandwich with whole wheat toast. As I'm eating I will be watching crappy tv. Then I will clean & organize my house.
