do you prepare meals for everyday of the week??? Actually, I just make one thing. I don't mind leftovers (as long as it's something I like). So I'll make four portions of zucchini and meatballs and have it Monday through Thursday. And then, for my dinner, I bought roasted potatoes and pre-cooked bacon at the Whole Foods breakfast bar. I'm going to roast some broccoli and peppers and have frittatas for dinner. I find that if I have stuff ready to go, I eat better.  We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. | |
