scary day at the store... so, im here at mom and i's shop...
this guy comes in, hes TOTALLY high out of his mind... asks me if i buy furniture instead of consigning it... i say "not usually, i guess it depends, what do you have and how much do you need for it?" he informs me that he has 2 chairs and that he wants 10 a piece for them, however hes so wasted that he will not make eye contact with me at all and i cant understand a word hes saying... he leaves in order to go get the chairs and i think to myself - damn, that was weird... he comes right back in and asks me in a pissed off tone, "are you the only one here?? followed by im going to take your car 
my instant answer was "UMMM, no, that will not be happening..." then the guy comes BACK in about an hour later with 2 chairs demanding more money than i would ever give him for them.... i picked up the phone and called 911 so they could hear everything that was going on... i was getting increasingly more nervous as i AM the only one here and our store is back in an area thats not got a whole lot of traffic around it 
anyway, long story short, the cops came, they talked to him and came back in and told me that they know the guy, hes a 'regular' with them... he is mentally 'off' and as i thought - probably high as hell but there was nothing they could do with him  they asked him not to come back to this store and he went on his way...

damn crackheads...when i worked at the local supermarket there was this one woman who would come in every saturday morning and wonder up and down every isle 3 times, and she always wore this gigantic hat covering her whole face so you couldnt see her eyes  and most of the time she would just walk out with nothing....i suspect she stole stuffReceiving transmission from David Bowie's nipple antenna.
