chamomile tea... 500mg Tylenol... Calcium is supposed to help as well...    I never met you, but I LOVE you & I will forever!! Thank you for being YOU - my little Princey, the best to EVER do it | |

(and supa )I know there were supplements and vitamins I used to take that would help when I used to get cramps like that but when you are already cramping it is a bit too laste. I used to make sure I took my magnesium/calcium/D about 10 days before my period. It would help me sleep and seemed to help the cramps. Hope you feel better soon. Men have no clue how much it sucks. | |

I had undiagnosed endometriosis and eventually I had to have a hysterectomy because of it. But, Tylenol BLOWS. Ibuprofen is better because it is an anti-inflammatory and that's what your insides are--inflamed.... Feel better. I hate that you're hurting.  | |
