I didn't actually see it in the theater b/c I knew I would hate it, but my friend kept raving about how hilarious it was and how I had to watch it, so she rented it one time when we were hanging out. I found it decidedly unfunny.

The first time I saw Napoleon Dynamite, I didn't like it. Couldn't figure out how people thought it was so hilarious - I just thought it was dumb.

But, oddly enough, Napoleon Dynamite seems to be one of those movies you have to see more than once to appreciate. One of my friends (who had recommended it) told me to watch it again...and she was right. I laughed a lot at it the second time - mainly because I just went with it and didn't try to figure it out.
