People, you must read. The study only looked at the 69 biggest cities in the US - all of which have a population over 250,000. If you city doesn't meet that criterion, it wasn't even considered.

I live in one of the most literate and wired cities in America (Madison, WI). But our population is only around 210,000 - so I didn't expect to see us listed.
