Of course London isn't that cold, it is down South - to those of us further north in England London may as well be an exotic foreign land. Hell it is hotter down there by a mile! You wanna visit the North East - Newcastle etc. Lovely area but cold as hell when the winds get up!

I am from the Midlands. Avoid this area. It smells.
