You're only supposed to button the top button of a jacket, and it's supposed to be buttoned most of the time when one is standing. NEVER button all the buttons. As for suit vests, the bottom button should always be unbuttoned, and the rest should be buttoned. Take it from me, I've read "Dress for Success". | |
