Yeah, he could breakdown how to do a painting, in a heart beat; He made it all seem so simple... hell.. he made me want to paint..., and I can't draw a straight line.

the art world treats his work kind of like a novelty but he actually showed a true patience for painting - which can often be extremely frustrating when working with the type of realism he offered.
