The "Who's your favorite pornstar" thread reminded me of a story from back when I was a degenerate, porn-watching hound dog. This was waaaaay back in the day, back when you had to buy porn on FILM. We're talking 1980 or so.
Also, you need to know that in 1980, no one admitted to watching porn. It was just not something you shared with the public. Keep that in mind as you read on. I had the John Holmes star vehicle "Hot and Saucy Pizza Girls", with my dreamboat Desiree Cousteau as one of the love interests. I had some buds over, and we were going to watch the film. But the light bulb in our projector was burnt out (as I type this, I realize there are going to be several of you that have no idea what I'm talking about, LOL). Film projectors take a specific bulb - not one that you would have found anywhere but a light store. However, we took our burnt bulb to the grocery store, on the off chance they had something that might work. Me and my two buddies showed the bulb to a girl about our age at the store and asked her if they had anything like it. She said - and I quote - "What are you guys going to do - watch porn?" Funniest thing I ever heard. We WERE going to watch porn! | |
