I like all kinds of eggs! Hard boiled,scrambled,hot pickled,over easy,especially with a lil runny yolk so ya can dip your toast,biscut or muffin in it ! Now that's so good ! I got this recipe from a spanish cookbook,
flaming eggs, where you make a tasty (and spicy if you like) sauce of tomato and red peppers and then crack 6 eggs into it and simmer on a real low flame until the eggs are nearly set, then place a slice of hot salami over each egg and put under griller until it is a little browned and sizzling. Serve with rice. the best way to eat eggs EVER! | |
