A frittata is the best, though I can also eat a scrambler if they put in hash browns, bacon, onions, peppers and cheese. Basically, it's eggs with a rubbery or sponge-y texture that I can't deal with. I don't eat mushrooms for the same reason. I am the same way. I have texture and smell issues with food. I have never found any eggs that I could handle eating.

I have never found any eggs that I could handle eating. It used to be that, except for quiche, I couldn't eat them, at all. It's only within the last couple years that I've been able to do a frittata. And I still do best if I make the eggs, myself. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. todays theme seems to be food on here for some reason doesn't it? It usually is (or was) the case when I'm around. I think I was churning off food threads left, right and centre before you came on the scene. I'm suffering from threader's block at the moment. I'm not creating near as much as I used to. okay that pic with the runny yoke looks nasty as hell. scoop that mess up and put it back in the skillet
i can't stand runny yoke at all. they have to be scrambled hard (no wetness ) with a bit of sharp cheddar cheese, with light salt and pepper. OR hard boiled and eaten with either salt, seasoning salt, or dill. I love deviled eggs
