GIMME!

Girl, you have no idea how bad I was some chocolate chip cookies right now bawl I've started Weight Watchers and I'm trying to cut myself off from my love of junk food pout

I had to make 4 dozen cookies last night for a bake sale at Noah's school.

I know trying to cut out junk food is so hard, but after about a week you'll lost the craving. When I was so stressed and not eating so much I just didn't eat them and after a bit I didn't even want them anymore. I completely lost the taste and desire for them. The initial period is hard, but if you can get past that you'll be surprised at how easy it is to not eat junk anymore.

Hang in there. hug

You're probably right. I'll be ok in a couple of days, but right now, I'm going crazay nuts

When a certain time of month pops up, I go protein CRAZY and crave protein for about 2 days in a row so today:

- Argentinian beef steak coated in crushed peppercorns

- full plate of broccoli, chopped green beans, and bok choy stir fried in garlic oil with chopped onion, leeks, parsley, ginger, and a little salt & balsamic vinegar.

I'm about to placate my chocolate cravings with either a piece of sugar-free chocolate, or a cup of hot cocoa made from German cocoa powder. The coacoa always makes me feel stoned, then really sleepy afterwards, though cool

Tomorrow I'll probably still be on my protein rampage, so don't be surprised when I check in next by then I probably will have eaten the whole side of a cow lol
