Oh come come, we're barely beyond Christmas without the spectre of capitalism waying heavy on our chocolate obsessed minds.

tangerine juice

a breakfast burrito of sorts: 1/2 a chipotle chicken sausage, some scrambled egg whites & lowfat cheese on spinach flatbread (TJ's calls it "spicy spinach pizza" but it's really just a piece of thin flatbread w/ spinach smeared on it, super good though)...

That sounds good nod...in a hippy-loving-bullshit kind of way.

I had to make 4 dozen cookies last night for a bake sale at Noah's school.

I know trying to cut out junk food is so hard, but after about a week you'll lost the craving. When I was so stressed and not eating so much I just didn't eat them and after a bit I didn't even want them anymore. I completely lost the taste and desire for them. The initial period is hard, but if you can get past that you'll be surprised at how easy it is to not eat junk anymore.

Hang in there. hug
