How DO U LIke U're Eggs???? Carrie can blame herself for this one.....that and the fact that its 1:47 am here and I cant sleep
So how do u like ure eggs???? Fried? Poached?? Egg white omelette??? My personal favorite is French toast...Okay my favorite is actually CHOCOLATE when delieverd by the Easter Bunny

Eggs must have lots of things around/in them for me to enjoy them.
* Scrambled is OK, but not my first preference and must include onions, cheese, asparagus, spinach, that kind of thing. * Omlettes are alright too, but not too much filling. I'm very particular about this. * Quiches are divine. * And my absolute favorite is some kind of yummy/funky eggs benedict with hollandaise and maybe a crab cake. Plain fried or boiled eggs are disgusting. Bleh. |

The only way I like eggs is scrambled. I can't stand the runny yolks. Some folks use their toast to wipe it up and eat it. I can't watch someone do that. It makes me ill.

I really don't like eggs, and there are only a few ways I will eat them. They have to have lots of stuff in 'em - potatoes, bacon, veggies, cheese, etc. They must be beaten with cream or sour cream. And they must be cooked gently, so as not to become tough or rubbery.
A frittata is the best, though I can also eat a scrambler if they put in hash browns, bacon, onions, peppers and cheese. Basically, it's eggs with a rubbery or sponge-y texture that I can't deal with. I don't eat mushrooms for the same reason.  We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. | |
