I am in love with sunflower seeds ! I buy the one pound Wal Mart bags and there only 99 cents ! I can eat a whole bag in one day ! I know that the sodium intake is not good 4 me,but I just can not help myself ! I am totally addicted 2 them,plus I smoke less cigarettes when I eat seeds. The best that I have found are Jim Beam and Jalapeno flavored ! They R 2 die 4 !

I like dill pickle sunflower seeds. Eat them whole? I don't think you're supposed to eat the shell there Rich. I eat them definitely one at a time, my mouth gets too tired if I eat too many.

I never understood how people could eat seeds with the shell on them. I tried it and them shells got stuck in my throat.....never again!

But I do love sunflower seeds, the regular ones or maybe nacho cheese!

I love sunflower and pumpkin seeds. You can buy them without salt. Well I used to buy them at the health food store back in the states without salt.
