Twice!! Follow the advice and also, other's may have had or could be having the same or similar issues with this person. I've had that happen where I talked to HR about a person I had an issue with and found out that others had come to them before me. Could be the same thing with your situation.



Oh yeah my coworker had a fight with him the same day and he got a letter from another co worker who been there 20 years in the monthly review. She said that she didnt like the way he talk to her..and he tried to make her change it lol

Exactly, because it's not just with you and it's not all personal anymore because based on that he is not qualified to be in that position. Being in a postion of leadership like a supervisor or manager is more about people skills than anything else. This guy doesn't seem to have that based on what you've shared with us.

report him.
