I hope Tony doesn't get killed off. I love his character. And I even find him attractive in a gangsta kind of way

I thought it was brilliant that this last episode actually made you start to like Ralphie just before he was killed. The whole break down over his son and all. It was like he wanted to be a better person after that. The prank phone call to the other guy's poor mom had me laughing so friggin hard! Then he had to go and burn T's horse. All Rights Reserved. |

That was the impression I got. Or perhaps, he's thinking what would have happened if his family roots had taken a different route when coming to America? Has anyone noticed that the last few episodes have been a few minutes shorter and shorter. Last night was only about 45 min. Made me want to write a letter and start an online petition! 2 more shows to go... Think Paulie Walnuts All Rights Reserved. |

My interpretation is that it's building up 2 something... I mean, it was pretty s l o o o o o o o w...
The 2 dreams Tony had were pretty fucked up... I can't believe he left Dr. Melfi... I mean, if anyone truly needed therapy, it's gotta b Tony. 2 left... and yes, a 2 hour finale would b oh so deserved!!! |

The finale should include Carmela getting it doggy style from Furio!! (and Tony walking in!!!)

So is Johnny Sack trying to get rid of Carmine or setting Tony up? Hmmm...
Can't believe Paulie killed an old lady for money. Wonder what he did with the body??? Meadow is fuckin gorgeous. Carmela is hatin on her. What's up with that???

It wild how the writers r closing things in or whatever. Ralph gets whacked, Furio goes back 2 Naples, Chris is in rehab. I don't think junior is gonna get off.
And like divo02 was saying, it seems like Johnny was implying 2 Tony that Carmine should be whacked. I can't wait 'til next sunday!

Maybe it's the cuban/jew combination... Furio was whacked by Tony...don't think he really went to Italy...Carmella would leave Tony if he let her know he was on to them. J Sack wants to take over Paulies spot it seems by setting him up with the supposed conversation he had (didn't ) with Carmine. VOMIT lives once again...only show in history to have vomit in EVERY episode of a season.

Sunday should be interesting.Paulie seems all but done.it's gonna be interesting too say the least.this has been a real Hit&Miss Season IMHO thus far but it could all change with the direction it goes in on Sunday?? mistermaxxx

No, there hasn't been vomit in every episode... ... but, pretty close!
Tony did not whack Furio... he up and split! Remember, he has no clue how Carmela feels about Furio! Meadow is a cutie... she looks like an older version of my daughter Melissa, so... I can't get all in2 that. Johnny Sack set Paulie up, getting all that info, giving it 2 Carmine, then telling Paulie that Carmine really appreciates all the help he's been, all the while, Carmine has no clue who Paulie is! Paulie's screwed. Paulie whacks an old lady 4 her cash. Sick bastard. (though, if it helps, she was an annoying old lady!) Anthony Jr. has been a total ass this season. All he does is whine, mumble, and bitch. Reminds me of those bratty bastards rich people have. Oh, nevermind. Sylvio remains my fave of Tony's capos. True blue 2 Tony and still a hard ass. In the previews of the 75 minute season finale (get it SEASON finale not SERIES finale , meaning, there's gonna b a season five!!! , it shows Tony's young thugs shooting in2 a black SUV... doesn't that look like Johnny Saks SUV??? I can't wait 4 Sunday nite... U know where I'll b. Long live the Sopranos! (ps. thanx guys, 4 making this a fun season with all the posts, and remembrances, and insinuations... it's been fun. ) |

I still think Furio is going to whack Tony so that he and Carmella can hook up. I'm sticking with my theory!

Furio is cute, he reminds me of Steve Perry of Journey... ^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^

Furio came so close 2 whacking Tony with the helicopter, but his sense of allegiance 2 the "family" overcame him - even tho Tony's lack of fidelity 2 Carmela really disgusts him...
He's old school with the mafia rules... remember, he's from the "old country". Whacking Tony would b against his principals... of course, so is fucking the bosses wife! |

Tony might have been able to figure something out about Furio. Obviously Anthony Jr. and Meadow sort of have there suspicions.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
The show doesn't hold back what Tony knows or doesn't know, though...he really has no clue about Carmella/Furio, or they'd have shown him looking all suspicious and seething. The time for him to have put things together was if Meadow had brought it up when they were talking on the stairs--she could've planted the seed, cause she's suspicious.

So the family is torn.
Tony has left the building... Carmela went nuts when that russian ho called her at home. Christopher is out of rehab... Paulie is kissing ass...but no one trusts him. Johnny Sack is a freak with a serious axe 2 grind. He's gonna b a major pain next year. Tony knows of Carmela's infatuation with Furio... All in all, it wasn't the season finale I was expecting, but u never really get what u expect with The Sopranos. So now what. What do we expect with a newly "single" Tony? What about Meadow's fragile mental state. She took the break up pretty badly. I felt bad 4 A.J. 2... Ur thoughts? |

I didn't like it. Yay for Carmella, she did what she had to do. And she REALLY impressed me with her acting btw...
But I was expecting more suspense, maybe somebody important getting whacked...maybe Christopher's girlfriend getting caught...it was just all about family. Until next season I guess

Yes!!!
Edie Falco's (aka Carmela) acting was amazing!!! I was thinking that last night as I was watching the show. |
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
It thought the finale was incredible. Edie Falco is one of the best actresses I have ever seen in a TV show (or movie for that matter). I like the fact that you never know what direction the show will take. I was NOT guessing this was how season 4 was going to end...but I still riveted to the screen the entire time. Sopranos is still the best thing on TV, period.
