Nah, it's fan made. The Velvet Underground were way pre-video era, and I've not even seen any live footage that I can think of. Not to say there isn't any, but if any exists, I doubt this song would have made it even.

They performed it on their reunion tour and it's on the resulting live album. There's also a DVD, but I don't think it made the cut. I'm sure footage exists from those shows, though.

once again a dodgy selfmade video but this is absolutely the best song
in the history of recorded music to play when watching old photo's. it
