I get them really bad too, hon. My doc prescribed 550 mg of naproxin sodium (which is Aleve over the counter) twice a day. She says to start taking them a few days before my period so they get into my system. I SWEAR by this. It really works!
Also, hot baths and exercise help.

hug hope you feel better!

I find that mind over matter works for so many things but definitely not my cramps. I need chemical intervention for those.

There are times that works and times it definitely doesn't. Cramps are one of them for me as well.

Get on the pill. Seriously, that's what did it for me.

But, if you cannot do the birth control pill thing, reduce your caffeine intake and salt the week before you get it, and that usually works to alleviate it. It tears up your stomach, but BC Powder does well too.

My sister is a nurse practitioner and she says "tylenol sucks". Always use motrin for pain as she tells me. But I swear by Goody's or BC Powder. You may not have that stuff depending on what part of the country you are in. It's all over here in the South.

Otherwise, tylenol sucks don't use it for anything.

That's why it's a known fact, women have a higher tolerance for pain.

It's like crushed asprin in paper. I remember one of my co-workers from Jersey tripping out when I had it out, she thought I had cocaine or something! It hits your system faster because it is already crushed or broken up. I also swear by them for hangovers too.

Mach, why are you here!?

The org doesn"t figure into any tantric welcome home I know of.
Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.
