Other than that...I've heard wonderful things about Midol but I take up to six pills of Aleve (naproxen sodium) whenever I have cramps, depending on the severity.

The only thing that takes away my cramps, are something that is stocked in the medicine cabinet at work, it is called "pain-aid" We get them from a supplier that stocks the medicine cabinet. They are strong, it is how our boss keep us woman folk working, even during that time of the month.
