We went to a Christening yesterday so I was dressed up for the occasion. Being that I am from Florida I do not own any dressy knee length boots so I had on a pair of black heels with my dress. BIG mistake! The church did not have a parking lot, it was all just dirty, mud now since it rained the past few days. It is going to take some getting used to for sure. Even when we go out for walks my sneakers get trashed because there is mud everywhere.

Ah, Surrey, that's not so far from Cheltenham. We can probably just get a train to Guildford or something. Yep, it would be nice to meet up with you, though I have to be honest. Xmas is in the UK for our family next year (it's on a rotation between the UK and Ireland) but we'll have to get Mon a visa for Ireland too as we'll be visiting my aunt and also a Thai friend of ours that lives over there. This trip will likely be shorter than the last one, just 3 weeks, maybe 4, so it's gonna be tight with meeting up with relatives all over the place, BUT, we'd really like to meet up with you guys if possible. Mon and I have been broken in by Aksel ( ) and I've told Mon all about you two and she's up for it. It'd be cool if we could get together.

Well we are usually available around that time to travel so we could do the traveling and just spend a few hours in a pub together when you need a break from family. In the winter, when you are out in the street with your parkas and coats, and numerous layers, do you have to strip off to shop, or do you sweat and bear it?
