When I used to live in California I always used to joke to my family that the weatherman had the easiest job. From months he could use the exact same prediction....Sunny, low humidity, light breezes, and around 80 degrees.

unfortunately the deeper wells taint all the underground fresh water with salt water, so its not a good situation..

plus once soil is sown with salt, it is near on impossible to make it fertile again.
