I bought a juicer recently to try out this this Raw/vegan thing.
The concept is that the more alive your food is, the better it is for you. Anyways, there's this combination that Robek's smoothies makes called the green-v (sound really gross but is uber ) Ingrediants (to taste) Carrots Celery Spinach I love that shit Also, this is something I love to drink: celery kale spinach cilanthro Apples to taste (the apples sweeten he drink and mask the "green" flavor) Then a bit of lime and agave nector It's amazing how fresh sqeezing your own juice is so nutricious and delicious. I just need to find a juicer that is uber easy to cleanup

see a juicer would be perfect for me right about now
i'm into mixing things up and seeing how they taste that carrot mix you mentioned sounds kinda tasty my mom used to make carrot juice jamaican style, no other veggies just juiced carrots with nutmeg and cinnamon and condensed milk so it was kinda sweet maybe i'll get her to make me a vat of it for my birthday oh man i love JUICE. [...i think i can, i think i can, i think i can...]

I'm a big juicehead too I love TJ's Blackberry Lemonade, Mango Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade & Tangerine juice. BUT it's so full of calories & sugar, I don't think I noticed a drop in my weight until I limited myself to one small/medium glass a day... damn calories

OMG, that sounds There's this pineapple, ginger, cinnamon drink this Jamaican restaurant makes in town. Its awesome. Its freshed juiced too. The problem is sometimes they put too much ginger in it, and its too spicey I highly recommend juicing. It's a far superior way to get vitamins. Pills and dead food won't do it the same way at all. After a few days of fresh juicing you'll notice that it enhances mood. I swear to gawd.

see, this is the first time i've heard of mangos and lemons fornicating to create such a g spot seduction of fantastical flavour! this is BIG for me! [...i think i can, i think i can, i think i can...]

Here's were juicing helps. Alot of times companies add sugar to their juices, or (fructose, sucrose mixes--they're allowed to call sugar these things so that they can claim "no sugar added). When you juice yourself, you're getting exactly what you place in the juicer with no dies, perservatives and added sweetening. And you seriously don't comprimise taste. I find regular juice you buy in the bottle (Ocean spray, etc.) junk food. Though I do love Pomogranet Tea drinks

A few glasses of that a day is frightening, but I never paid attention before. I used to down juice all day, now I savor my one glass & feel totally guilty if I have more It's worth it though... I'm sure juicing it yourself would be easier on the sugar/calories but the fruit still has it's own sugar so...

But I don't smoke weed either What's faster - juicing OR buying a pair of shoes in the internetsss??? HUH?! Actually my tangerine juice says, "fresh 100% juice" - I wonder if they're lying There's no added ingredients listed though & each bottle tastes a little different as if it's straight outta the fruit. I'd rather pour & buy shoes

Just taste better I'm sure One think that might help stave off the calories is eat more of the fruits that contain the things you like. the fruits themselves are high in bulk fiber and low in calories. They fill you far faster than downing the juice bottles. Of course, it all boils down to connivence. Coke, Pepsico, and the like are fully aware of this those bastards.

I'm currently most mornings drinking a 100% beetroot plus mixed fruit and veg. juice, supplemented with Spatone iron supplement water. It's basically a sachet of water with very high iron content (and tastes metallic, lol).

That's so cute. Will you sip it slowly in front of me when I get to Bangkok?

That's so cute. Will you sip it slowly in front of me when I get to Bangkok? No, I intend to give you as much alone time as possible. I understand you're fiercely protective of it.
