Sundays

How do you feel on Sundays? Do you relax, kick back and watch football games? Do you really cherish your time off and consider it the most peaceful time all week? Do you go to church or spend the day with your family? Or do you find it to be a lonely gray day? Do you dread having to go back to work/school on Monday? Do you get a lot of work done? What is your typical Sunday like?

I work every Sunday from mid-day till 10.30pm.Kinda bums me out, used to love having lazy Sundays.

The significant other and I used to go to the movies or just go for a nice walk,or just end up dozing together on the couch kisses

Much love yes Pochacco

My Sundays are like sharing a large Tea Pee with a group of Tibeten monks who only know how 2 knit and do very bad impressions of Tommy Cooper.

Or I could go on holiday 2 rural Wales. Just as bad.

Yup, im bored.

Was having a good day until I watched "Rosewood". I tried to turn but was compelled to watch. Now I just have this gravity-like feeling in my heart and in my throat. What an ugly blemish on American history.

Wishing everyone a happy carefree Sunday. If you don't want to be depressed, don't watch this movie!

When I'm not working (I work every third weekend) I love Sundays! I usually spend time with friends, go to the movies, have a yummy brunch, and I go out pretty often on Sunday nights. (It's new wave 80s night at one of the gay bars. It's fun if you only go once every few months or so, as the playlist is the same nearly every Sunday, but, you'd love it Tron! New Order, the Cure, etc).

So I generally love Sundays.

Except the Sundays when I have to work and it snows. sad

I hate Sundays sad The weekend is over, and the dread of the week to come sets in. The epitome of this feeling is when you hear the clock ticking at the beginning of "60 Minutes" ... you know it's all over then.

Sunday morning I'm always working on my next Skeleton Trading Card. I have a real job during the week, so weekends are the only chance I get to make any real headway! I also usually spend some time with the family, playing cards or some such. I look forward to my favorite shows on Sunday too...the Sopranos, Law & Order, that sort of thing...

I think it would be neat to not have a 7 day week...I mean who designed it anyway? Why not have a 9 day week with a day off in the middle? Or a 3-day weekend on an 8 day week? Or alternating patterns throughout the year? Why are we stuck with this one fixed structure?! Oh well...

I HATE Sundays. The worst day of the week, in my opinion. I try to spend it doing something relaxing. Today, I went to Blockbuster, and returned Brotherhood of the Wolf, which, Alex and I give two thumbs up.

I rented DVDs - the first Trek movie, Stigmata, and Hannibal, and then I came home and watched A Beautiful Mind, which I already had out.

However, it's a dreary, cold day, as most Sundays tend to be, and the anticipation of having to go to school for another week rolleyes is annoying. Then, there's the exhaustion from marching in State Semi Finals yesterday, which we totally got screwed at. Fuck being the first band to perform. evil We didn't make finals. So, it was a more than 12 hour day for nothing spent in cold rain, watching other bands who actually got to GO to state.

Just one more weekend of this marching shit though. Next weekend...Contest of Champions...Murfreesboro, TN. We WILL make Finals that night, and we WILL defeat John Hardin, George Rogers Clark (KY State Champions in 3A my ass!!!) and Henry Clay's classless little band kinds. All, of course, in 3A in KY. However, they will be performing in class 1A in TN, whereas we will be 2A. Giving us the later performance time, and them the earlier, meaning we will eat their bands.

Anyways, yeah, Sundays suck!

I try very hard 2 make Sundayz relaxing but it does'nt alwayz happen that way. I get a little anxious on Sunday nites thinking of the work week. It hurts my feelings 2 think that the weekend is over, but I'm so glad that I do have the weekends off. I try 2 spend time with my family on the weekends.

This weekend I'm just kickin' it with my parents, watching movies and shit. Otherwise, Sundays tend to be my day where I catch up on all the things I've neglected during the week- bills, laundry, cleaning, etc. You know, the good stuff.

I'm supposed to be looking over info on how to consolidate my student loans.

But of course I'm not doing that. Sunday is always my laziest day.

On sundays i usually just try to survive another hangover. My survival plan consists of rented dvd's, tom & jerry cartoons, pizza, fanta orange, headache pills, bacon & eggs and a large pillow.
I woke up sunday morning with no way to hold my head that didn't hurt
and the beer I had for breakfast wasn't bad so I had one more for dessert

I like rainy Sundays. It doesn't make me feel so bad when I lay in bed all day and do nothing! It's a rehab day for me, mentally and physically!
