Definitely...

The sky is absolutely beautiful... I often get lost in it... the stars, the moon... all divine.

You can get the most beautiful views in South Africa... nothing like it... some incredible views from Cape Town *wow*

A vivid memory for me was when I went on a ship for a weeks cruise around a number of islands... to be on the deck late at night surrounded by nothing but ocean... and the clearest sky..the gorgeous fresh air.. it was absolutely magical... definitely a liberating feeling, one just gets lost in awe... and all ones problems can seem so trivial. I adored it.

I remember I would be there for hours, listening to Prince on my headphones, staring at the moon... it was just awesome and powerful... just beautiful

Until we hit a cold front however... and things kinda got a little chaotic ... kinda ruined the moment for a while, to say the least , was actually quite serious... but anyway, that's another story... back to the sky... it certainly is magnificant. heart

Most definitely... smile The last time I did so, I was in Idyllwild several weeks back...and I was outside, waiting...and while waiting, I looked up and noticed how dark and deep the night sky was...and the stars were just gorgeous, so bright...no "light pollution" in sight where I was...just tall trees and one amazingly deep and beautiful night sky...it made the wait much more serene and peaceful...I loved it... heart

smile I love the night sky. I grew up camping every weekend... was great! Every night my whole family would lay out on lounge chairs and tables and gaze at the stars. We would compete to see who could see the most shooting stars. My father always lied! hmm He would sware he saw shooting stars that never were lol It was a great part of the fun... lol
