I use to cut back to like 500 calories a day as well... Along with popping fat burners, diet pills, and an occasional fast..
Nothing works.. eventually your weight will come back after eating normal again.. You need to restrict your calories intake to a decent amount and watch your fats and carbs.. That is how i lose weight when i am feeling puffy...Cut way back on my carbs... | |

smoked two packs a day to kill the hunger. i also spent all my money on booze one weekend so i couldn't buy any food the next week. all i had pasta and tomato sauce. oh how slim i was back then. I woke up sunday morning with no way to hold my head that didn't hurt
and the beer I had for breakfast wasn't bad so I had one more for dessert | |

I've just gone on regular diet and exercise plans when I've gained weight.
BUT, the strangest thing I've ever heard anyone doing to lose weight was what the famous opera singer Maria Callis did... She actually swallowed tapeworm eggs so that she would get a tapeworm and lose weight that way. Once she lost the weight she wanted to lose, she was treated for tapeworms and then she was fine. | |

At the beginning of sophomore year, I weighed a slight 116 pounds. By the end of November, I weighed 98 pounds. I basically starved myself while exercising four to five hours a day. I would put the plastic suits on at least twice a day. A month after the season, I weighed 128.
Also, I cut twenty pounds to wrestle at 112 pounds my senior year. In college, I wrestled in one tournament at 126.5 pounds. When I started cutting weight, I weighed 152. I never took any pills or the like to lose weight. All I used was hard work and dedication. I am now 167 pounds. I could lose ten pounds in a week, but I am tired of cutting weight. Back in high school I went for three and a half weeks without eating... anything, the only thing I put into my mouth besides a cigarette was water.
I wasn't doing it for weight loss though and it's not a smart thing to do... not to mention it isn't healthy. I became incredibly thin and luckily came to my senses... after I passed out while working. | |

Ummm... I got sick and lost weight because I didn't feel like eating much. Right now I weigh about 125 pounds (nude). That may sound underweight for a male who's 5'8", but I have a thin frame, and doctors have assured me that it's a healthy weight for me.
For many years I was like Moonbeam... I could eat plenty of junk food and not gain a pound. But by the end of my last year of law school (May 2002), I noticed that I was starting to develop a belly. I think I hit about 135 pounds before I became ill and lost the excess pounds. Although I'm not obsessed with my weight, I now try to eat a semi-healthy diet and stay away from too much junk/fast food. If I gain weight, I'd like for it to be muscle, but given my body type, I don't know whether it's possible. And over time, I've learned to like my scrawny build. I ate practically nothing except chex mix, swiss cheese, and fruit juice for a couple of years. Starving myself was like a hobby. And I wasn't anorexic; I was very much in control of what I was doing, and my body image wasn't distorted. I felt like crap all the time, and actually passed out. That scared me, plus when I started college I needed to have energy, so I had to start eating again.

I've been on a diet since last summer, not any of those fad diets but just eating sensibly, and I've now lost almost 4 stone.
I'm sure I would have lost weight faster if I didn't drink so goddam' much, but I only need to lose another 6 lbs to reach my target. Maybe I should just cut off huge my knob! Some people are like Slinkies...
