You're still young! It's a state of mind and sometimes body.
I'm still not the one who tripped over a curb, a tiny dog scaled.....Ballet 101? not too late to take a class!

Maybe some of that feng shui stuff, in the park,,,, the nonviolent activity of concentrated movement... where people wear the zen white outfits.
I've forgotton the name for it.
I think any routine activity, with your body, makes you more co-ordinated and aware.

I like the idea of purple, too.
Gloves are elegant, and make a statement, particularily when tripping, and everyone's looking at you.
