Aww, I love Chicago.
My tips: Go to Prince Night at Berlin (that's the name of the club), it's the last Sunday of every month. That's one of the 3 things I miss most about living in Chi-town. I also highly recommend the Museum of Contemporary Art (or the Art Institute, if you're more into Impressionism). And the lake! Although you'll want to wait until May at least to check that out.
