I can't stand my job, it's unreliable in terms of hours, I'm so ready to quit, but I don't think it would be wise to do so until I find something better. I am considering going back to school though, which will enhance what I studied and take me in a different direction. | |

I "followed my passion" through undergrad, several low paying jobs, Ivy League grad school and all I have to show for it is massive graduate school debt and a job I strongly dislike that *barely* pays enough to cover my rent. After 10+ years of struggling financially and trying to stay true to myself and get a job that I love and am passionate about, I'm ready to give up. I'm willing to "sell out" to corporate America for the right price--which, according to my calculations, is an exactly 39% increase in my annual salary. | |
