yuk, huh? i mean, seriously gross. but really, who is working in our restaurants, serving our foods? is it the upper midle class or upper classes with their college educations? is it the poorer folks with their high school diplomas?

or is it those without diploma or degree, about at whom we poke fun when we jokingly say 'i'm sure you'll have a nice career in food service" smile

okay. sorry to throw that out there.

yup.

And we also breath in countless bed bugs and dust mites at night.

It's not totally inconceivable that these things will eventually take the evolutionary step towards eating human flesh and secreting mucus through our lungs as a waste product. shrug

y'know, with just a little bit of effort we could have as much fun on this thread as Imago started with his 'dust mites - they're feasting on your dead skin' thread. falloff okay sorry about the whole worm tangent. i know that was mean of me.

. . . .actually there is a horrible flu virus going around that is causing pneumonia in lots of people. two people in the office where i work have come down with 'walking pneumonia' and it's actually killed several people around the country, mostly in portland, oregon. you should get your cough checked out if it doesn't clear up. i hope you feel better soon rose

huh. that sounds kind of like what is going around. the antibiotics might not actually work. my boss had this thing and he had to try a couple of different types of drugs to combat it. took him two solid months to return to mostly normal. whatever it is this thing is nasty. good luck!
