how would this work? would someone just put it on my tongue and i'd have to close my mouth then show proof of swallowing? would i have to thoroughly chew said booger? because i could just chug a lug that sucker and think happy thoughts to keep me from gagging for an easy $50,000. If chewing and savoring is involved, then no less than $500,000.

You would just have to get it in your mouth and swallow. No savoring necessary.
